Vice President/Project Manager.  Responsible for planning and estimates of
client requirements.  Development and implementation of client software. 
Modify/enhance existing products.  Test software.  Find and correct bugs. 
Proficient in Visual FoxPro 8, Visual FoxPro 6, FoxPro for Windows 2.6 and SQL. 
Working familiarity with C#, .NET, PHP, MySQL, Apache, XML, MS Access, VBA,

•	Created software to make use of unutilized but purchased data maintaining
continuity and accurate, timely information and expanding the product line.

•	Created a program to delete duplicate entries in the database while ensuring
integrity and completeness of all data and the links between tables.
	
•	Created an interface to the existing accounting software [QuickBooks] from the
from the invoice generation software [VFP6] whereby all accounting information
became accessible.
	
•	Created a monthly invoice generation project consisting of multiple hourly,
daily, weekly and monthly rental entries.

•	Created and generated the CFO reports providing timely financial information

Senior Consultant.  Hardware products designed and developed including
functional specifications, prototypes, test fixtures and procedures. Hardware and
Firmware design of custom circuitry to client specifications.  Technical
training. Emphasis on intelligent controllers, telecommunications.  FoxPro for

•	Designed primary amplifier modifications for a vacuum plating system
controller.

•	Mil Level III documentation created from notes and sketches.

•	Design and development of user interface and display for a stand alone,
optical card drive based computer.

•	Designed and developed a Video Digitizer with a programmable threshold.  Used
to maximize the availability of data in low light situations.
