EMPLOYMENT
IAS April 6, 2009 to June 14, 2010
Developing web pages, Silverlight 4.0 projects, windows services, web services
and windows forms applications for REO servicing company in Visual Studio 4.0 and
3.5. We are using WCF for our message transfer. These applications were a
mixture of C#.NET and VB.NET, but most of my experience is in C#.NET. We wrote
many queries in SQL Server 2008 to update records and run SQL Server jobs for
reports for clients. We wrote a large number of SQL Stored Procedures and
scripts using complex joins and views so that we could provide data feeds based
on criteria such as dates, data values and timing of data feeds. We use Agile
Scrum methodology. We use Telerik tools (RadRichTextBox and others) and
Infragistics tools. We wrote code to send XML data transfers to client
companies. Several of the applications are multi-threaded.
First American REO July 2007 to April 3, 2009
Developing web pages for REO servicing company in C#.NET All of the
applications were in C#.NET. We wrote many stored procedures in SQL Server to
build data for data transfers and for reports. Beginning in December 2008,
database maintenance with Visual Studio 3.5 LINQ and writing WCF server and
client (with HTTP and NetNamedPipe endpoints for message communication for
websites). Worked with web services, XML data transfers, SFTP transfers, SQL
Server 2008 stored procedures. Wrote windows service and have experience in
debugging in a windows service. Wrote a number of stored procedures in SQL
Server 2008, and wrote collapsible panels with AJAX controls for websites.
Worked with a web service, FTP and SFTP. Wrote n-tier web application for REO.
Created a web service to retrieve documents from the server and store documents
on a server. Wrote client code to call the new web service. JavaScript
validation. Training in Silverlight.
TEK Systems April 2007 to July 2007
Developed web pages for start up company in the mortgage industry (National
Student Loans). Short term contract. We worked in an Agile Scrum environment
using C#.NET 2.0 and C#.NET 3.0. We used Team Foundation Server. The
application was N-tier with a large SQL Server 2005 database. We used AJAX
controls. We used SharePoint for design documents and tasks. The website
displays that I worked on were the loan displays.
Ciber September 2006 to April 2007
Designing and developing a new application which will administer customers,
licenses, users and products for the client company. This is done in C#.NET 3.0
using SQL Server 2005. We call existing web services and are creating new web
services. I am designing approximately twenty new displays that create, read,
update and delete data in a very large database. We are using Visual Studio Team
Foundation Server for our design documents, and writing Use Cases for the
processing flow. Meeting with users about the new application to obtain their
feedback on the functionality required for the design. We are creating XML files
and XSD files. I created a WCF client and am using WCF services. For the
displays, we are using Infragistics controls. We are working on roles and
privileges for the users of the application. For the web pages, we are using
data source controls and validation controls. We are writing code for the data
binding. The website has a common appearance through the use of master pages.
Working on several multi-tier internet applications using SQL Server 2005,
C#.NET, XML, ASP.NET, SOAP, IIS, WSE, WSDL. These are multi-threaded
applications. Working on the user interface and the business process tier and on
the data access layer. Beginning in February, began new project for a client
working on an application that uses C#.NET, ASP.NET and web services.
