Project: End to End  Initiative  to integrate Digital Asset management tool from
Design to Launch

Environment: Product was in PHP and Database in Oracle 9i
Description:
The Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals launched the End to End Project to computerize
the manual process in which they were initiating marketing collaterals from the
concept stage, creating artwork form the agency getting it approved from
editorial and CHC and Regulatory Committee which consists of Legal, medical and
Regulatory member. Once approved the agency was creating a Prepress and then
submitting it for approval with the regulatory member and then the piece was
forwarded to the production team for approval and production from the selected
vendor. The piece was also being forwarded to the regulatory operations for
getting it ready for submitting fto FDA. All this process had lot of pitfalls as
they were being handled manually and the complete process needed to be
computerized by using the Digital Asset management Tool to move the process
digitally and approving and annotating the pieces and completing the approval
piece. For this Pfizer choose the Graphic Life Cycle Management Tool from
Desig2Launch.  

Responsibilities:
Conducted client interviews to finalize the as is process and then presented it
to the client to get the approval. Worked on Visio to create process diagrams.
Worked with the management to finalize the to be process and conducted meetings
and presented walk through to various groups to get the approval for to be
process. Finalized the to-be process and was able to suggest substantial
improvement in the Business process to significantly decrease the Process time.
Worked on finalize the Business Rules and Functional Specification. Worked with
them to finalize the wire diagrams and create the GUI and pilot.
Worked to write the Functional Specifications for the next version of Graphic
Life Cycle management tool which is a Digital Asset Management Tool. Worked
closely to suggest the architecture and laid out the project Plan.
Worked on the Load Testing Tool for Visual Studio Team Systems Test Edition set
up the tool and conduct Load Test for the Product. Helped in setting up the QA
team and run test scripts.

printings done on clothes. The client is an Application Service Provider (ASP)
who provides a platform / site for Embroiderers, Screen Printer on registration.
The Embroiderers and Screen Printers can manage their own customers and orders
from their site provided by ADO. The main features consist of generating
Estimates of Embroidery work as well as Screen Printing work, generating orders,
Accountings, digitizing the images for the Embroidery as well as Screen Printer,
etc.
Responsibilities:
•	Involved in the scoping and design of the project. 
	Involved in Project management explaining them the functionality where ever the
team requires explanation. 
Involved in GUI Design.. 
Involved in creating Pilot for the portal.

Description:
This is a shopping cart project for a watch company. All admin-controlled
functionalities like managing stores, categories and products, user tracking,
order tracking, managing shipping details, managing the user and admin accounts.
It also had content management facility to enable the administrator manage the
contents of the site like contents of home page, about us, etc. XML was used to
populate products in the site in Flash. Search functionality is available for end
user.

Involved in client interaction, requirement capturing, analyzing, designing,
developing, implementing and support.

Environment: ASP, SQL Server 2000 and Crystal Report XI.
Description:
This is a shopping cart project for a chocolate manufacture with functionalities
like order tracking. The site was capable of doing sales from their various
stores. All admin-controlled functionalities like managing stores, categories and
products, user tracking, order tracking, managing shipping details, managing the
user and admin accounts. Search functionality is available for end user.
One of the main features in the project is the admin can design his/her own
truffle box, which can be sold from the site.
In home page, a dynamic flash component, which reads data from XML, is used to
display the products.

Project: Cremco.com – (Real Estate Portal)

Description:
The application deals with maintenance of listing of properties (both MLS and
non-MLS) for Sale as well as Rental. It maintains the entire process right from
listing of the properties to closing of their deals, along with appropriate
reminders for the office regarding the expiry of the property listings. The Data
is entered in MS-Access Application for office purpose and then is imported into
SQL Server using DTS (Data Transformation Services).

features consist of generating Good Faith Estimates of closing costs related to
Housing Loans, different calculators, auto lead (Loan Application) transfer
module to lenders, Short and Full applications, incorporation of daily interest
rate changes, scheduled rate alerts, loan comparison, etc.

Market Eye (Lead Tracking System) is a Web based product. This application is a
help desk to any marketing team, which is spread all over the country or world.
The application logs all the information related to a particular lead or a
prospective client such as company details, contact details and all the mails or
communication made against it. This is a role-based application using Windows NT
security. There is much administrative functionality provided such as adding new
user, assigning responsibilities etc. The data being consolidated at one place
and being sharable, the client-follow up, reporting, communication internal or
external, coordination and projection become very easy. Also there is a daily
reporting facility provided. The user depending upon the role can review the
activities too. It allocates marketing team initially and then management can
track the lead on day-to-day basis.

requisite validations. It facilitates individual account to query and print
reports through Internet. Events logging with elaborate Error handling mechanism
and audit trail is implemented in this application. Access rights to the level of
command buttons can be controlled through security. It is a completely scalable
and reusable application as advanced object modeling concepts are employed.
