Crib Manager in Facilities Department (2001 to 2008)

Managed a team of 4 crib attendants in servicing and meeting the timely
inventory needs of more than 800 employees in the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC,
Carpentry, Special Tooling, Lab, Safety and other functional areas that maintain
optimum facilitiesí operations. Trained, evaluated performance and supervised
staff in ordering and receiving processes, handling conforming/non-conforming
materials and other activities in a computerized environment (e-crib system). 

Accomplishments:

* Effectively managed ordering, inbound shipping/receiving, documentation and
control of approximately $4-5 million in inventory (thousands of items) annually.

* Monitored open orders averaging 200 items placed each day and consistently
ensured timely delivery to meet critical deadlines.

Award for reorganizing and maintaining a clean and efficient crib area that met

* Inspected incoming material using micrometers, gauges and blueprints in order
