•Computer Systems Analyst – Phone support for Military client.  First, Second,
and Third level support.  Including Password resets, software installs, issue
diagnostics and resolution, Active Directory, UNIX and MF Server support.

Bob Jones University	9/2001-6/2004
•Webmaster – Department head – Managed full time staff as well as student
workers in developing and maintaining of university web sites.  Responsible for
over 50,000 pages comprised of both intranet and internet sites.   Creating new
sites as well as redesigning existing sites.
•System Administrator – Maintained servers used for web site content and
applications.  Server operating systems include:  Windows 2000, Linux, AIX, and
UNIX.  Also took care of the purchasing, EDI, and time keeping softwares.

The Bisys Group (Universal Pensions)	5/1996-9/2001
•Senior Process Control Operator – Handled night time operations of the IS
department.  Help Desk operations, backing up servers, maintaining hourly server
checks, support trade desk and their time sensitive operations, as well as AS400
operations.
•Web Site Designer – Helped webmaster in developing and maintaining company site
as well as customer’s sites.  Programmed in JavaScript, HTML, and ASP.

Crow Wing County Highway Department	9/1995-5/1996
•Engineering Assistant – Worked on the road survey crew, materials management
(grading road materials), database designer, maintain network, PC hardware
consultant.

Carle Enterprises	1/1993-9/2001
•Consultant – Networking consultant for small companies and individuals. 
Personalized training for given solutions. Set-up computers for networked and
individual clients.
•Web Site Design – Designed web sites for individuals and companies.  Personal
instruction on web site design and internet issues.
