Position: VIP Receptionist—Handle the daily events for our VIP clientele, I also
handle any requests that they have and deal with any problems that may arise
during their stay, and work on their behalf to resolve them. It is my job to keep
our most valued patrons happy and comfortable, this position relies heavily on my
ability to solve problems on my own.  I received an imense amout of training
aimed at "blowing away our customers."  I was often the number one person for our
clients and used my knowledge from both my past employment and my college degree
to ensure that our cleints would keep coming back!  As my boss says, "We don't
bring them here, but we make sure that they come back."
