as common portlets that would be fed through the Stellent content management

	Director of Ecommerce – 1999-2001 Etechnologycorp Inc.
·	Managed ebusiness strategy development for internal projects and client
engagements including a Websphere site for a national seed vendor, a custom web
based debit card management solution, and a 200,000 item ecommerce site.
·	Duties included project management, proposal development, vendor partner
management, web development and business analysis and strategy.
·	Client base included start-ups and Fortune 1000 organizations.

	Implementation Manager – 1998-1999 Spear Technologies
·	Implemented Spear 2000 (ORACLE based maintenance management system) for the
transportation industry including the Acela high speed train.
·	Participated in team to redefine maintenance procedures used by Bombardier and
Alstom into a common strategy.  Responsible for mapping process to system
design.
·	Coordinated project plans, scheduling, requirements definition, data analysis,
interface design, end user training, testing, report development and daily
project management.

Systems Integration Officer – 1987-1995 United States Air Force (Captain)
·	Acted as Air Force Liaison for DoD Intelligence Systems Integration.
Participated in systems reviews and developed transition strategies for mainframe
to client server conversion and systems consolidation.  This was a multi-year
initiative that was several hundred million dollars in scope and resulted in the
consolidation of 40+ systems down to 23, operating in a common desktop
environment.
·	Worked on team to reengineer Department of Defense Intelligence Information
System Systems Implementation Management (DoDIIS SIM) process.  Initially reduced
system development process from 7 to 3 years.  
·	Facilitator Vice President Gore's Reinventing Government Team for
correspondence standardization and staff training. 
·	Coordinated client server conversion, integration and installation of Air
Force intelligence systems at 132 locations worldwide.
·	Developed business and technical requirements for reconnaissance systems.
·	Conducted training and Baldridge assessments to improve organizational
processes related to systems delivery.  Facilitated TQM and Myers Briggs
Training.
·	Redefined intelligence collection and information dissemination procedures for
