systems for  Re-insurance system development efforts.  Technology employed –
J2EE/Oracle 10g, JSF, and Hibernate/JPA.

Serve as a mobile consultant in the New England Business Innovation Services
Practice.  Listed below are highlights from recent project experiences:

•	Web Developer – Developed web based application on a Java, J2EE/Stuts
architecture framework.  Coding of forms / actions, and java classes.   Document,
and communicate designs using UML/Rational Rose notations.   Review team designs
and code for efficiency and conformance to standards. Participated in the design,
development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of web-based financial
applications.

•	Web Developer - J2EE application developer thru application lifecycle - Build,
Test, Debug, Tune, and Deploy.  Design, develop and implement solutions using JSP
and Servlets under the IBM JADE framework.   Worked closely with client

general administration to business unit in support of large Java/Swing based
application. Responsible for development of unit test scenarios.  Coordinate

on sound testing practices.

•	Web Developer – Develop front end GUI design using JSP, HTML and JavaScript
for large Intranet based application.  Responsible for interpreting use cases to
create Java class utilizing VisualAge for Java for deployment to Websphere
application server.   Participate in team walkthroughs of both code and design
ideas. Work closely with the other team members to insure very smooth system
integration of all components, and supported the Quality assurance team in
testing all of the system functionality.

•	Business/Analyst - Develop strong relationships with external clients and
clearly understand their business requirements in development of a Personal Lines
Web/Intranet based policy quoting system.  Lead analysis team, following
development methodology for all phases of lifecycle. Formalization of user
requirements as textual and diagrammatic use cases for use in the development
process.  Run small group sessions with customer to identify and validate desired
functionality. Adheres to standards/methodology and strategies. Provide team
status and escalate issues.  Define responsibilities, operations, attributes, and

•	Programmer/Analyst – Served as technical lead responsible for application
integration and development for a major insurance company’s start up auto
business. Creation of MVS COBOL/DB2 application interfaces between application
software and customers legacy system.  Interacted with customer to develop
specification and requirement definition.   Adding customization to business
partners products to accommodate clients needs and maintenance of application
