•	Global Integrations lead for Global Opportunity Marketplace (all releases). 
Led the implementation of 12 integration points for Global OM.  This required
regular and effective collaboration with a diverse cross geo, cross functional
teams.
•	Full Year Budget: Worked with HR staff using AS/400 data, developed,
implemented and maintained a tool on AS/400 for Executive Salary and incentive
budget by pool.

•	Developed AIP-SE (Annual Incentive Plan – Sales Executives) Designed,
developed and implemented a tool for Sales Executives’ annual incentive planning
and payments based on pool scores, using Lotus Notes, and  AS4/400 data.  Later
adjusted to be used for any period of time, used currently on a semi-annual 
basis, Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec.

•	Developed MD (Managing Director) again working HR staff using Lotus Notes, and
 AS/400 data. Designed, developed and implemented a tool for IBM HR to manage
account directors incentive payments. These Executives receive annual incentive
payments, based on accounting and survey information from the accounts managed.
Payments are based on time in job, short and long term profit and revenue or
both. Customer satisfaction, market share, technical leadership and personal

•	Developed ETS (Executive Transaction System) working with Global Services
using Lotus Notes, AS/400 RPG to create a daily transaction processing
application (exec/non-executive). Incorporated world wide data and nightly ADF
batch transaction processing to US CERIS application. 
•	Programmed integration of weekly CERIS employee information into AS/400 for
executive and non executive compensation usage

•	Programmed and supported CERIS ADF online transaction processing application ,
IMS databases, PLI programs, SQL report processes, TSO, MVS night batch
processing 
•	Lead Programmer CHQ Labor Studies – world wide integration of data analysis on
AS/400
