authorized users spend examining emails and accessing tender documents.

Final year project (Software project) – Design and Implementation of a workflow
management system for SMMEs (Small, Medium and Micro enterprises)

Developed a workflow management system that is suited to the needs of SMMEs. The
system was designed to automate business processes and operate efficiently,
minimizing cost, utilizing time and available resources effectively.

The system was designed and developed to meet the following value system
criteria: low cost, maintainability, functionality and reusability.
