Report directly to the Director of Operations/President and assist with the
day-to-day corporation operational tasks. While telecommuting, responsibilities
included coordinating staffing, payroll, accounting, personnel, controlling
expenses and payroll budget.  As a role model and leader I must solve problems
and make informed decisions and manage the workforce and time wisely in order to
achieve maximum results.
Train, Motivate and develop operations team to reach their fullest potential and
maximize business opportunities. Assist the management team and provide the
management expertise to allow for the successful implementations of all major
decisions within the district.
Primary responsibilities include leading in a highly organized,
detailed-oriented business agenda.  Along with the financial management skills to
assist in a 7 million dollar increase with in an 11 month period of time.  This
was done by establishing effective communications and collaborating effectively
with store managers.  With over 25+ years of management experience and
demonstrating knowledge of the business management process, I have been a self

Process Line Coordinator
Work Expeditor of SWI (Standard Work Instruction) and utilized the Evergreen
process for the instruction manuals. I maintained the position of team leader for
the assembler’s education and training team of 5-14 employees on 60+ jobs. 
Assisted with the financial analysis for the current and future inventories and
budgeting (approx $9.4 million/year) assisted in the implementation of a
continuous quality of improvement technique for the firewall padding installation
and saved the company over $1.2 million in 2001.  Provided competitive analysis
and cost estimating for future products and design changes.

Lead a of team of 10+ people with the responsibilities of customer service which
included, correspondence, billing disputes, charge backs and monetary discharges.

accommodate customers during their financial hardships while enabling the
customer to pay their other outstanding accounts.  Collected over $1 million in
delinquent accounts before being forwarded to the collections department – a

Assisted in the supervision of regional stores and their management teams, with

finally dismissal.  I have the flexibility to manage low to ultra high volume and
maintained financials and P/L reports, payroll and inventory stock.  One of the
regional stores achieved Triple Crown status in 1997.

Transportation Squadron in the Dispatching and Fleet Management areas and

friendly standard.  Preformed briefings and justifications for all budgetary
procurements for the Dover Air Force Base site.  Maintained financial briefings
of vehicles for the multi-million dollar budget that was reported to higher
ranking personnel for the vehicle budgetary military procurements for the Dover
Air Force Base.  Managed 24+ military and civilian personnel and their
professional military career development.  Designed and implemented training
programs for personnel, both classroom and hands-on; evaluated personnel and
performed all stages of military vehicle and equipment licensing.
