Walter Dillian holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelors
degree in Electrical Engineering. He has extensive experience as a server
administrator, database administrator, and system administrator. His
accomplishments include:
· Creating processes for interfacing legacy systems and SAP
· Teaching “Introduction to Computers” for 1 semester at Kaiser College
· Designing and developing a system for generating COBOL programs using IBM’s
ISPF dialog services

· Served as an Oracle Administrator. Performed product installations and
maintenance.
· Played a lead roll in upgrading VM servers for the nuclear division.

· Temporarily assigned to the SAP project (14 months). Wrote UNIX scripts for

· Designed and built a COBOL program generator for REMACS, a radiation
monitoring application.
· Designed and developed the process used to navigate between menus and
functions in the REMACS application.
