	Responsible for leading and facilitating numerous cross functional
project teams implementing solutions within Publix Retail locations; defining and
identifying project requirements, including the work breakdown structure, budget,
goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, organizational structure, staffing level,
team members, constraints, and drivers; managing the overall project to ensure
resources are available and channeled to produce planned deliverables; tracking
the project through all phases of the lifecycle; communicating to project
sponsors and stakeholders project results throughout the project lifecycle. 
	Responsible for facilitating the Equipment Validation Program,
responsible for a variety of projects that validate new and modified equipment
used in Publix Retail locations; responsible for gathering equipment requirements
from the impacted business areas;  assembling and managing resources to assist in
equipment validation; assembling and submitting approval budget requirements for
installation and testing of new or modified equipment; tracking the project
through all phases of the lifecycle; managing the validation to ensure the team
meets the business goals and produces the deliverable within the specified time
frame; communicating to project sponsors and stakeholders validation results
throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring validation documentation is completed,
communicating validation results.
