I currently install various mainframe products as well as support our CICS TS2.3
and DB2 production and test regions. I Upgraded CICS from 4.1 to TS 2.3. I also
am responsible for maintaining our Z/OS 1.4 environments as well as all
subsystems running under Z/OS. Upgraded DB2 from Version 5 to version 8. I am
proficient in SMPE, JCL, and most utilities.

Senior CICS System Programmer
I played a vital role in converting our operating system from VSE/Power 2.7 to
Z/os 1.3. This was a year and a half project rhat was successfully implemented in
Jume 2003. I Converted our CICS system from CICS TS for VSE 1.1.1 to CICS TS 2.2
for Z.os. I installed and configured this CICS from tape. I have installed and
configured WebSphere MQ series and CICS Transaction Gateway. I have also
installed numerous vendor products. I am proficient in SMPE,VTAM, CICS, Computer
Room Management and other IT related functions. I am currently the backup support
for our Z/os system.
6/1999 - 3/2002 Corporate Systems Amarillo, Texas
Senior System Programmer
Maintenance of 20+ CICS regions. Performed release installs using SMP/E,
converted regions from CICS R3.3 to CICS/TS 1.2. Performed Server PAC installs.
Installed CICS/TS 1.3 in test. Implemented Terminal and Program autoinstall,
which significantly reduced the work needed maintaining RDO tables. Installed and
implemented LE/370 in all environments. Maintained MQ Series on the mainframe and
NT platforms. Maintained and installed DB2 at the Systems Level. Installed vendor
software both under CICS and OS/390. In addition to being the only CICS System
Programmer, I was a vital player in Operating System upgrades from OS/390 2.4 to
OS/390 2.7 as well as OS/390 2.7 to OS/390 2.10. I have Aided in the development
of junior level co-workers and worked closely with the programming staff to aid
in problem resolution.

Maintenance of 600+ CICS tables in a multi-mainframe multi-location environment.
Aided in the upgrades from 2.1.2 to 3.3 and 3.3 to 4.1. Standardized the turnover

frame.
