Business Analysts to update the E-PASS website as well as update their Windows
based application (TRIMS). Technologies used are ASP.NET 1.1/2.0 (C#), Oracle
10g, XML, Javascript and TOADSOFT Oracle Administration Tool

status to the Expressway Authority’s I.T. Director on a weekly basis.

Responsible for coordinating with NT Engineers, DBA's, Web Designers
and Business Analysts to create enterprise level solutions for the organization's
internet site as well as intranet. Technologies used are a mixed bag of Classic
ASP, ASP.NET 1.1, ASP.NET 2.0 (C#), SQL Server 2000, Oracle 9i, XML, RSS, AJAX
and Javascript support for our design team.
Experience with training and mentoring offshore talent in
troubleshooting issues which arise in ASP.NET.
Created several web based skills assessment applications in an effort
to ascertain the competency level of new hires in the organization across various
subject matter. Collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in
developing these assessments. Reporting included percentage of correct questions
across all assessments, employee transcripts, and statistical life cycle
reporting maintenance of assessments.

New Hire Safety Assessments
Collaborated with our design team to crate an educational illustration of safety
rules and safety policy for HD Supply new hires. Every new hire in the field is
required to view the safety class online and take the assessment at the end of
the class.

Redesigned a Contracts management application which tracks tens of
millions of dollars in contracts and contract spending. Created strategic as well
a day to day reports which are used by upper management to make informed
decisions. ASP.NET (1.1), C#, Sql 2000 with Stored Procedures, CSLA, Crystal
Reports Server.
Responsible for supporting customers across several functional areas of
the organization of an intranet which receives 1 million hits per month. Created
a number of user friendly e-Forms, workflow applications and mini application
which is estimated to save the company about $20,000 a month in administrative
time spending.
Created a mapping application which uses Mapquest to identify branch
locations across the country. This application also has the ability to provide
driving directions to and from a branch to any valid address, branch to branch
driving directions, as well as identify branches along a driven path (Path
mapping).ASP.NET 2.0 HTTP request and response, XML, XSLT, Web Services.
Responsible for supporting a second intranet the needs of customers
remotely in San Diego, CA. This is more of an administrative role where I
monitor the server health and add little e-Forms and applications as needed.

VB.NET SolutionImplementing a multi-user, N-tier VB.NET Application
which tracks employee productivity in a manufacturing environment. This
application also takes orders from walk-in customers as well as internet orders.
Reporting on employee productivity uses Crystal Reports for the .NET
Framework.Responsible for gathering requirements, determinig the best
architecture, produce design documents as well as extensive prototyping with the
end users.
Web Developer/PeopleSoft Infrastructure Programmer
6/2001 - 11/2004 Winn-Dixie Inc., Jacksonville, Florida
Developed a VB.NET solution which parses out valid data from several
thousand XML Files with Xpath to validate information from several hundred clock
punches from the grocery stores, before it is entered into the database.
Completed the migration from PeopleSoft HRMS 7.5 - 8.3. My role is the
PeopleSoft Administrator/Programmer. I set up the infrastructure, the Application
Engine the Web Server (Weblogic 6.1) as well as design any new modules/components
(PeopleTools 8.4 and Enterprise Portal) that may be need as a result of the
Migration to the web. This was the backbone of a 24 million dollar initiative.
Created a web based application, which facilitates the ordering of cash
registers and other related point of sale software for the 1,100 Winn-Dixie
Stores Nationwide and in the Bahamas. This application replaced a
mainframe-based system and increased the response time 5 fold. ASPMail was used
to implement email notifications of new store requests to the Winn-Dixie
headquarters.
Developed a web-based application, which listed all servers on the
Winn-Dixie Domain. This application also gathered important information such as
the Hard Drives, Partitions, SCSI Controllers, Operating System information, IP
Addresses, and Network Card information using the Windows Management Interface
(WMI). I created a few COM components, which queried the Domain Controller and
gathered this information and store it in a SQL Server database. This
application is very similar to Microsoft’s Systems Management Server (SMS)
2.0.Modified the PerfectTracker Change Management System (web based app with its
own proprietary language) to the specifications of the managers, which
facilitated the Managerial Change Control Process.

NavyLearning Intranet Site from Cold Fusion 4.0/Netscape Suitespot to IIS
5.0/Windows 2000 Advanced Server with ASP/ADO and COM+. Visual Source Safe was
implemented for source control. This site provides all of the Navy's 2.1 million
active men and women with computer based training courses.
Managed a team of web developers which evaluated the Next Generation of
Navy E-learning software Client Server Solution Implemented a client/server
solution for the United States Marine Core (Miles2000 Tracking) This is a client
/server solution which checks in and out a Marine's gear (harnesses, guns etc.)
by the marine walking through a portal and embedded chips are read and updated
via the Visual BASIC application with a SQL Server Back end. Also a COM+
component was created to synchronize the laptop's information using Microsoft
Message Queue.

Center. 6/1997-3/1998Lead Analyst/Developer for a mobile barcoding inventory
solution for the City of Tallahassee’s Municipal Supply Center. This application
accounted for all of the city’s power heavy equipment such as Power Cables,
Bulldozers, and street lampposts. The hardware used to interface with the Visual
Basic application included portable barcode readers, and portable barcode
printers. This application generated accounting reports as well as up to the
minute inventory reports.
Fernlea Nurseries 1995-1996Developed a Visual Basic application which
tracked the sales of plants, as well as kept a running inventory of pesticides.
This application also was used to forecast the cost of doing business in their
up and coming Fiscal Year.
