Sales Executive / Operations Manager ~ The Trecinda Group: Pompano Beach, Fl
Oct 2007 to Present

managers, and field personnel to meet or exceed contract expectations &
requirements. Implement a quality assurance program to track customer
satisfaction and employee production. Purchase trucks and equipment relative to

Roles & Responsibilities
• Set up a completely new operation in S. Florida i.e. (locate and develop
property to store equipment. Set up & coordinate local vendors (Fuel Company,
Delivery Company, and service companies) Oversee billing and collections. Obtain
contracts for service & maintenance of generators, rental of generators for
hurricane and disaster relief. Provide quotes & contracts and negotiate terms &
conditions for potential customers. Build out a network of affiliates to assist
with new customer needs. Coordinate and oversee delivery of generators, fuel,
service trucks, and overall maintenance program.
Financial Aid Assistant ~ Calvary Chapel: Fort Lauderdale, Fl Jan 2005 to Mar

Roles & Responsibilities:
• To provide financial assistance and financial counseling to those attending
Calvary Chapel, as well as to the community at large. I was responsible for
creating, maintaining, and managing several outreach programs i.e. (Bodybuilders
– Repair & construction for widows and single mothers), Angel Tree (Providing
gifts to children with one or both parents in prison), Operation Christmas Child
(Packaging & shipping several thousand shoe boxes with everyday essentials to
children in third world countries). Annual budget was approx. 500k
Project Manager - Sales Executive ~ Power Plus: Las Vegas, Nevada, June 1992 to
July 2005.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Worked for global power Distribution Company for 11+ years.
Experienced in construction operations for better than 15 years (electrical &
generator applications). I was responsible for Sales, Estimating, and
Comprehensive bidding on new construction in residential, commercial, and custom
homes. I also was responsible for new business development. I can generate cost
plus profit budgets, budget labor assemblies, manage job cost and provide value
analysis bids.

installations, oversee repairs & truck maintenance, manage drivers (match skill
levels with customer orders & expectations).
