leading provider of garden tools as well as tools for schools, offices, crafts,
outdoor sports and leisure.

Transportation and Distribution Manager
Successfully managed all aspects of a large distribution center which included
implementing a Dematic automated sortation conveyor system; selected, managed and
trained staff; shipping and receiving products as well as inventory control.
Negotiated domestic and international rates with truckload, less-than-truckload,
small parcel and ocean carriers with a $5 million budget which include office and
warehouse personnel. Lowered freight costs by 10% through effective negotiations.
Actively participated in daily production meetings to identify product shortages
and shipping performances.

 *  Responsible for all aspects of operations of a 250,000 SF distribution
center with a staff of 50 employees.

Outbound Shipping Supervisor
In this newly created position, planned workload for warehouse personnel at 3
distribution centers (Apopka, FL, Santa Fe Springs, CA and Statesville, NC)
totaling 550,000 SF.
