	*Working closely with end users and a colleague designed and developed 
	 enterprise information system for company. Involved at every stage of the
	 SDLC from requirements gathering to testing to training. Written in ASP.NET
	 and C# utilizing ADO.Net, LINQ, dynamic user control loading, AJAX, and
	 rdlc for reporting. Created a SOAP and socket programming interface to 
	 communicate with backend RiTA payment server. Integrated pre-existing CRM
	 application as a module. Currently averaging 90 transactions=$17k daily 
	 with 30 to 40 concurrent users in a 24/7 call center environment.
	*Wrote C# console application to process conversion/migration of data from
	 legacy system. Developed other console apps to run periodically via 
	 server's Task Scheduler and process data such as installment payments,
