OBJECTIVE: To join an organization that will utilize my extensive skills and

document, analog and digital media exploitation, digital forensic analysis and

SUMMARY: I bring over 20 years experience in customer service, logistics,
administration and management and over four years experience in document, analog

WORK EXPERIENCE:
MPRI (09/06/2006 - Present) - MEDEX TECHNICIAN
DOHA, Armed Forces Overseas Qatar
Serving as Media Lab Technician for the Combined Media Processing Center (CMPC)
- Qatar. Experienced in managing and mentoring a document and media exploitation
team of linguists and technician/analysts responsible for the processing of
thousands of analog and digital media items. The process included medium
identification, triage, screening, imaging, forensic analysis, conversion and
submission into a multi-level file management system with the end product entered
into a large database for the Intelligence Community consumption. Analog media
processing included capturing a digital copy of the medium and conversion into
the proper format for further processing according to standard operating
procedures. Digital media processing included capturing an image of the media and
digitally exploiting it via the Encase/FTK digital forensic analysis tool. The
process included applying scripts, filters, file signatures and hash values to
discern files of possible interest. Files of interest were book marked, key word
searched for further discrimination and prepared for translation and exportation.
Experienced in password recovery, steganography analysis and file decryption.
Additional experience in providing workflow coordination, quality assurance of
processed files and briefings. Experienced in the exploitation of cell phone and
SIM card information utilizing a variety of cell kits with the ability to produce

Claims assistance to ensure they qualified either due to their age, medical and
or mental/emotional conditions and treatment. Entered all data obtained into
computer database system. Revamped and modernized file system using case
management software moth balled by owner due to lack of understanding of computer
systems. Trained all personnel and Management staff on MS Word usage and improve
productivity by 50 percent. Recommended new peripheral equipment used to scan
closed cases; saved over $15, 000 dollars in contract of outside sources to scan
and store documents in existing database management software and equipment.
US AIR FORCE 1980-2000 Several positions, Worldwide
Manager Geographically Separated Units Liaison Element-
Coordinated and solved issues ranging from supplies, transportation,
maintenance, manpower, communications, personnel, security, safety, medical and
any other support required by the 2, 000 individuals at the sites. Organized and
coordinated military airlift for personnel and equipment within the Southern
European region saving the US Government over 1.5 million dollars in commercial
travel and commercial logistical support for all the sites supported. Supervised
Department of Defense civilian and military personnel assigned to the care of all
operations and responsible for the budgeting of resources valued at over $35
million dollars a year.
Report of Survey Program Manager-
Managed accountability of all resources assigned to the base including those of
units on located throughout the Southern European region. Provided semi annual
reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point Programs. Directed
investigation on instances where suspected theft, damage or loss of resources was
not caused by natural disasters or acts of war - assessed liability to the unit
or individuals responsible safeguarding reimbursement to the government when
applicable. Saved the U.S. Government over 2.8 million dollars in new purchases
as result of investigations and asset recovery.
Safety, Disaster Response and Communications Program Manager-
Managed the unit's programs efficiently. Created directives, operational
procedures related to all programs. Trained personnel on all facets of programs,
participated in the coordination, and planning of operational exercises with
local, military, and national as well as volunteer organizations to ensure
readiness in case of emerging national or natural disaster emergencies faced by
U.S. personnel and their dependents.
U.S. Air Force Liaison to Spanish, Italian and Portuguese Forces -
Coordinated all support issues for Spanish and Portuguese Air Forces assigned to
Aviano Air Base as part of NATO Operations in the Balkans. Liaison with the
Italian Air Force at Rivolto Air Base for all support, airlift and personnel
issues during the Aviano Air Base flight line reconstruction. Coordinated all
logistics, communications, maintenance, transportation and medical support issues
including transfer of resources and contractual agreements required for the
operation.
Fuels Control Center Manager/Refueling Vehicle Maintenance Manager/Fuels
Administration/Accounting Manager/Cryogenics Production and Storage Manager-
Directed the Fuel Control Center- 911 equivalent for all fuel re-supplies and
emergency /disaster coordination Managed refueling equipment, Cryogenics
Production Plants, fuel storage and maintenance equipment valued at over 17.5
million dollars and supervised over 50 U.S. military and civilian personnel.
Created work schedules, administrative and Quality Control reports of all
operations within area of responsibility. Trained all new personnel on the use of
equipment, document completion and safety procedures. Pioneered the training of
personnel in the new portable Cryogenics Production plants. Personnel from all
European U.S. air bases received training in record time. Eliminated the need to
travel to the U.S. for the training. Maintained personnel files and prepared
suspense to Managers on performance reports and awards for all personnel assigned
to the unit. Responsible for manpower review “ identified needs by area, skill
and workload.
