Responsibilities include designing, coding, implementing and maintaining Web
Applications developed using PHP4, PHP5, C, C++, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, MySQL,

Windows environment. Responsible for development and maintenance of Settlement
system using PHP, PERL and C which was run via CRON Scripts nightly and had to be
reconciled with all payment vendors within 24 hours. Settlement system used
secure SSH Server access to communicate with payment vendors. All development
followed Agile Extreme Programming SDLC Methodology. Tools used were VI, VIM,
GREP, Subversion, PHPed, and others.

Case Management System as well as conducting meetings with clients, determining
requirements, resolving issues, and design.

Project consisted of creation of a Superior Court Case Management System.
Responsibilities included working closely with client during all phases of system
and user acceptance testing, researching and resolving problems. Duties included

Project Manager – Electronic Commerce Project (Sep 1998 – Sep 1999)
Developed an Electronic Commerce payment system for the Vision Health Care
provider VSP. Responsible for all aspects of project including resource
allocation, task assignment and tracking, design, analysis, coding,
implementation of EC system. Project was accomplished using EDI/EFT Ansi-X12 820
and 824 transactions. Translation was accomplished using PaperFree utility.
Team Leader – CA State Controllers Office (SCO) (Nov 1997 – Jul 1998)
Team leader for Employment History system Y2K conversion. Project entailed Y2K
conversion for all SCO systems. Conversion was accomplished using Windowing
technique. Responsibilities included the project management of my system and
staff as well as assisting in conversion of all other systems.
