	Assumed sole responsibility for HP-UNIX  Investment Portfolio system designed
to calculate, process and report on Guaranteed Investment contracts as a
Retirement Investment vehicle. Dealt directly with end-users and technical
systems’ personnel on all system’s issues.
	Performed  Sybase table  maintenance on a UNIX platform to service
	Crystal Reporting backend for financial forecasters. Futures data was extracted
from a DEC Alpha machine using OpenVMS and transmitted via ftp to the Sybase 11
ODBC database.
	Designed a Corporate Actions daily transaction activity extract from
	DEC Alpha system to post onto UNIX Corporate Actions Oracle database. Created
Corporate Action reporting subsystem against   database using  Crystal Reports

	Converted  Citistreet from VSAM OMNIPLAN onto HP-UNIX OMNIPLUS system.
	Installed new 401k clients onto Omniplan VSAM master file system. This involved
from functional specification analysis to production implementation.  Responsible
for an individual client development and maintenance. 
	Performed maintenance on VB 5.0 Client Balance Monitoring system
	on an ORACLE 8.0 database with Crystal reporting  backend structure.
	Complete design thru implementation of numerous client payroll systems onto
OMNIPLAN 401k system.
	Designed, coded, tested and implemented CICS File Locator system using CICS
3.1, BMS and Intertest. 
	Designed, coded, tested and implemented 401k department’s first client/server
application. Project was a confirm generator front-end written in VB 3.0 on an
ACCESS 2.0 database.

	Lead individual on Transfer Agents Yearend Tax reporting system. This involved
incorporating all funds specifications into the current year’s VSAM/IDMS system.
	Redesigned CDSC pricing for shareholder purchases into Smith Barney VSAM
system. This required completely new discounting pricing. Updated major logical
history purge system to clean extraneous data off production mutual fund system.




	BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN  --3/91 to 3/93 (2yrs)

	Converted DOS/VSE Global Custody onto OS/MVS. 
Designed and developed Global Custody client share tracking/reporting subsystem
to be used by fund accounting management. Developed 
CICS enhancement to BBH fund position subsystem using command-level code, BMS
and Intertest. Performed Corporate Actions system

	THE SHAREHOLDER SERVICES GROUP  -- 9/87 to 4/91 (3yr 7mo)
	Contract Programmer/Analyst

	Assigned Fund Group to monitor and resolve day-to-day  processing problems.
Designed, coded and implemented multiple fund and fund group system conversations
both into and out of transfer agent. Designed, coded and implemented the complete
driver system to process all fund groups’ IRS tax forms. Designed, coded and
implemented daily activity extracting module for NSCC’s networking subsystem.
Redesigned a Broker Ledger reporting subsystem and a shareholder/dealer confirm
reporting subsidy. Using Strobe, redesigned major nightly cycle modules to
execute efficiently, saving substantial time and money for all fund groups.




	MAST INDUSTRIES   -- 7/87 to 9/87 (3 mo)
	Contract programmer/Analyst 

	Design, code, test and implement full-scale development billing and credit
system. Modules were designed under ADSA and coded in 10.0 ADSO using Logical
Record Facility. Development also included design thru implementation of IDMS-DC
Cobol modules for invoice processing. Converted existing Data General Master
files to IBM IDMS database. Extensive use of Online-IDD and OLQ.




	FIDELITY SYSTEMS  -- 6/86 to 7/87 (1 yr 1mo)

	Developed and implemented batch IDMS modules for Fidelity’s marketing
subsystem. This involved prospect/lead management, duplicate prospect detection
and prevention and their purge and archive database cleanup subsystem. Some ADSO
prospect activity modules also required enhancements.
	Performed COBOL maintenance on FBSI brokerage system. The majority of the
maintenance was updating the master files to accept fractional share processing
from the Mutual Fund system.
