Information Technology Manager
This one year project allowed me to completely manage all aspects of an
aggressive 1.5 million dollar Information Technology infrastructure upgrade. The
project included the administration and management of server virtualization,
campus-wide wireless upgrade, fiber installation and implementation of data
migration and storage in multiple locations. These interrelated projects also had
the requirement of managing various schedules and company-wide staff training on
the technology upgrades. The project also consisted of a server room upgrade of
wiring, power and A/C systems which were also completed within the scheduled
timeframe and on budget.

I managed the entire technology division. My responsibilities include Project
planning, budgetary development and oversight, server and workstation upgrades,
enterprise software upgrades and employee training. The organization carried a
budget of more than 22 million dollars annually.
The technology division had remote users world wide that were supported by the
technology help desk that was planned and implemented in 2006. The enterprise had
a mixed environment of Microsoft, Apple, Dell, Linux and Unix workstations that
were supported in-house.

Enterprise Manager Information Services - Contract
I was the Enterprise Application Development manager for the Information
Services Department. I managed 16 IT employees in three remote locations:
Delaware, California, and Florida. I was responsible for time management, budget
preparation, system problem resolution, employee administration and project
management. My responsibility was to oversee the backend programming and
development for several interface proprietary programs, maintaining database
connectivity and managing the web development for the online resource
applications. I manage the implementation of Lawson / McKesson applications for
the hospital.

and 9 languages. I developed and managed the online customer service products as
it related to new products, online services, and Customer Service response time
