5 days on site client education
5 days on site progress check where I made sure the install was on track and
dealt with any issues
5 days on site go live.
3-5 days on site for post live to deal with any issues that might remain.
Usually had 2 or 3 installs going at the same time spread out so there was
enough for all go lives
