	Was asked to travel to Roxas, Philippines as part of the SWAT Team in
order to increase production/customer service to insure ATT DSL project was not
removed by the management company. As such was able to increase levels from 50%
to 98% upon my leaving after one month. In turn allowed Tele Tech to keep the
project and not lose any revenue as such.

	Suggested new Excel spreadsheets to keep track weekly and monthly agent
stats in a virtual world as well as track any improvements or weakness.
	Upon my first month as Team Lead I was ranked number one two months in
a row.
