Work Experience
Comptroller
6/2007 – 6/2008 United West Airlines, Inc., Stuart, FL
Comptroller for small Aircraft Charter Company located in Stuart. In
charge of all accounting functions within the company such as Accounts
Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bi-weekly payroll and monthly bonuses, General
Ledger and Financial Statements. Reconciliations including but not limited to
Bank, Credit Card, Engine Reserve accounts, customer, vendor and managed aircraft
partners. In charge of distributing and reconciling petty cash/Captain’s funds.
Assisting the needs of the different departments within the company with daily
transactions and functions on an accounting level. Deposits, Invoicing for both
Charter Clients and Managed Aircraft Partners. Reporting on a monthly, quarterly
and yearly basis for filing returns including but not limited to Sales Tax,
Payroll Taxes, Federal Excise Tax spreadsheets and returns, also report
spreadsheets with monthly times and amounts to Managed Aircraft Partners.
Executive Assistant to CFO & CEO, Office Manager

Report to CEO and CFO of company. Responsibilities include but are not
limited to all A/P & G/L entry and upkeep, Payroll, fixed asset and depreciation
schedules and entries, and quarter and year end Financial Statements. Assist CFO
in all accounting functions including quarter and year end SEC filings and
Budgeting & Projection Reports to name a few. Track common and restricted stocks
and shareholders, quarterly VWAP calculations and issuance of dividend
certificates. Set up travel arrangements, conference calls, filing systems and
Board of Director meeting arrangements for CEO and Directors. In charge of day
to day operations of corporate location and set up of new Research & Development
center in Georgia. In charge of ordering office supplies and equipment for both
locations. Set up policies and procedures for R & D Center along with

Managed all aspects of payables department including but not limited to
entry and payments of invoices, problem solving, and vendor accounts for parent
company and 8 properties that the company owns and manages. Entry of payables
done daily, payment of payables done bi-monthly. Helped Property managers with
filing and tracking Draw requests for payment to be made for work done on the
properties under reconstruction. Also responsible for phones, purchasing of
office supplies, and various administrative duties.

Payables manager for large company with whom I worked directly with CFO
and Controller of company. Managed all aspects of payables department including

exemption of sales tax on certain diagnostic items. Also responsible for
