PROJECT LEAD/BUSINESS ANALYST (2003 – Present)
• Worked as the Project lead/Business Analyst for an Internet based TouchPoint
Platform system for a $160B bank’s data center. Key activities entail management
of project deliverables, resource planning, interfacing with clients, and meeting
project timelines. Created project plan, requirement documents, created test
scripts, test plans. Ensured project meets the timelines and delivery dates.
Performed system integration testing, smoke testing, regression testing,
supported user acceptance testing and production conversion. Facilitated peer
review meetings throughout the project cycles.
• Worked as the lead Business Analyst and also a programmer to convert
Fidelity’s Service Delivery Teller and Platform system to interface with the core
banking application for a $4B bank. Business Analyst responsibilities included
leading the requirement gathering sessions and created requirement documents
during the requirement analysis phase. Created, and executed test scripts and
test plans. Written design documents and performed code customization. Led the
system integration testing and user acceptance testing, and ran the incident
meeting during the test phases. Supported the client during conversion phase.

• Served as the lead Business Analyst for the Fidelity’s Sales and Services and
Loan Call Center project for USAA in San Antonio, TX. Worked with the
programmers and the business users to outline and document the business
requirements, use cases, and deliver over 5000 hours of custom enhancements. The
requirements involved Checking/Savings and consumer loan enhancements to the
Service Delivery Call Center application. Assisted the project manager in
project planning and in creating the project schedule. Conformed to the PMO
methodology during the entire software cycle, created the requirement and test
case traceability matrix. Created use cases, test script and test plans.
Performed data analysis for database migration. Performed system testing,
supported user acceptance testing and actual conversion. The project was
completed within schedule and within budget.
PROGRAMMER (1997 – 2002)
• Worked as a programmer for the Fidelity’s Teller Workstation application for
USAA in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities included analyzing the requirements
and creating design documents. Estimated the customization hours and determined
customization feasibility. Wrote codes in Visual Basic and C++. Provided
support on system integration testing, user acceptance testing, pilot and
production conversions. Researched teller printer machines and submitted
recommendations to the bank.
• Served as a programmer to implement Fidelity’s Call Center and Teller
Workstation solution at a major bank in Hong Kong. Analyzed the client’s
requirements, designed and coded in Visual Basic for the custom enhancements.
Responsible for setting up and supporting Teller printers for Teller Workstation
System.
• Served as a programmer to Fidelity’s Branch Automation project at a major bank
in Poland. The project was the first implementation of Branch Automation
solution in Poland. Created design documents and made code changes. Performed
system testing. Analyzed and made code changes to support the bank’s
multi-currency requirements.
• Enabled Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI), the largest bank in Philippines, to
extend its services to Filipino communities around the world as a programmer of
8-month project installing BPI’s first Call Center solution. Established more
cost-effective and far-reaching delivery channel for BPI’s retail banking
portfolio including integration of Internet Banking and the Call Center providing
online customers comprehensive support.
