Clinical Laboratory Experience:

Professional skills and successful experience included over 30 years in clinical
laboratory diagnostics of different diseases: especially, hematological and
oncological. Introduced in the following instrumentation: Spectrophotometer,
Beckman Coulter counter LH780, Clinitek 200X. Attended hospital orientation and
performed phlebotomy procedures when needed.

Clinical microscopy blood, bone marrow and tissue imprints. 
Prepare specimens for examinations.
Complete blood count with an automated blood cell counter.
Examine the urine sediment elements and cerebrospinal fluid specimens. 
Analyze the chemical content of body fluids.
Arrangement of morphological stains: Romanowsky, Nocht, Giemza.
Leukocyte cytochemistry (alkaline phosphatase, tartrate resistant acid
phosphatase).
Arrangement of immunocytochemical tests: PAP, APAAP and LSAB.
Arrangement of cytochemical tests: myeloperoxidase, Sudan black, nonspecific
esterase (NSE), PAS, and acid phosphatase.
Immunophenotyping of T and B lymphocytes using CD panel.
Examination of blood and bone marrow for blast cells in leukemia.
Identify specific types of leukemia using complex morphological, cytochemical
and immunological tests.
Measurement specific tumor marker levels (CEA, AFP, CA19-9, CA242, CA125,
CA15-3, SCC, NSE, TPAcyk) in blood serum (ELISA).
Analyze immunological expression of different tumor markers in abnormal cells on
tissue imprints.
Definition CMV infection in blood serum and leucocytes in peripheral blood.
