Objective                   My goal is to work as an RN and/or for  
                            Computer related support. Preference is to
                            either work from home or in a more 
                            isolated office setting where there will

Skills and Abilities

•	Organization and management for a dialysis unit in the acute care setting as
well as for a Peritoneal Dialysis program. 
•	Fulfillment of patient’s educational needs and for all aspects of pre and post
dialysis treatments for chronic, ICU, critical and non-critical hospitalized and
Emergency dialysis patients.
•	In addition to Patient care, other responsibilities include devising employee
schedules, time card management, inventory control and ordering of supplies,
equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, input of patient charges and
maintaining log files.
•	Participation with chart audits and instruction in hospital wide database use
for existing and new employees.
•	The development of MS Access databases and Excel programs for several
Performance Improvement plans and the tracking of patient admissions and
discharges for the Medical Surgical unit.
