developed a “Print Engine” to be used in approximately 30 different modules.  The
print engine provides the ability for engine users to print, print preview, or

objects provided by the print engine. Also independently designed and developed a
database lookup program (“Help” library) to be imported into various modules

was Configuration Manager.  Responsibilities included implementing change request
tracking system (RMTrack / SQL Server 2005), defining and improving process
workflows, coordinating and facilitating communication between different

2005 to 2006. Spectrum Software & Sciences, Programmer Analyst Fort Walton, FL.
·	One of a 5-member team developing and maintaining an aircraft weapons
footprint simulation program called Safe-Range, used by all branches of U.S.
Military as well as several foreign countries.  Used in Range Management, it
processes Weapons Safety Footprint Areas for all types of aircraft and weapons. 

·	Developed in Delphi development environment, an OOP language, using MS Access
databases.
·	Utilized Map Objects development tools and ESRI shape files to display and
manipulate geographic raster and vector data.
·	Independently authored our installation programs using Install Scripts in
InstallShield 10.5.
·	Implemented a new Quality Management System (MKS), to meet company ISO
compliance initiative.  

2004 to 2005. CTS, Inc. Software Engineer, Pensacola, FL.
·	Developed interoperable Public Safety applications primarily for law
enforcement agencies such as Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida Highway
Patrol, Oklahoma City, Several N.C. counties, to name a few.
·	Used Borland Delphi 6.0 development environment – emphasizing classes,
inheritance, code reuse and encapsulation.  Created and utilized in-house
libraries to facilitate communications between modules, reduce code duplication,
and create standardization among modules.
·	Performed database design, creation/manipulation using SQL Server for new and
existing modules.  Working knowledge including, but not limited to SQL, stored
procedures, tables, and views.
