.NET interfaces and Web applications that are feeding information to the work
order application via handheld devices, NEXTEL phones and desktop applications. I
also perform on call support for the entire Maximo application on a once per
basis 24/7. When issues arise during this period such as server outages, NEXTEL
outages and or job process failures I must determine where the issue and contact

FEMA SITE INSPECTORS MOBILE INSPECTION APPLICATION
During a natural disaster FEMA inspectors travel to the affected area to answer
request for assistance from the affected residents; In cases where the applicants
home has become unlivable the inspector will recommend that the applicant receive
temporary housing in the form of a travel trailer or a mobile home. This process
was a paper based system from the inspector sent to the FEMA field office via the
U.S. Mail, Fedx or DHL which resulted in lost applications, duplicate submissions
and other related errors. We designed a mobile wireless Windows client software
solution to solve these issues.
Technical features encompass:
Windows Client running on laptops was used as the front end with a Web service
middle tier and SQL back end.
ASP application was used by administrators to make assignment to inspectors in
the field.
Inspectors utilized secure VPN connections into the Web service to upload and
download assignments.
Asynchronous web service calls between the Win client and Web service was used
to signal when it was safe for the client to send and receive assignments form
the Web server.
Responsible for:

Designing BI Layer and Data Layer in the Web service and on the client.

Designed and developed a reusable Datagridview that had the following

o Dynamic columns depending on external input.

The US Army Fort Huachuca is responsible for providing federal, state, county
and city law enforcement agencies with military surveillance and communications
technology. We designed a secure web application that allowed these agencies to
apply for these various systems and training.

The state of Oklahoma provides prospective business interested in locating their
offices in the state information on vacant facilities that are available to lease
and or purchase. The information was disseminated to the prospective business via
fax. I developed a web application that allowed the prospective business the
ability to search for these facilities by city, county or zip code. The
application would display information such as; facility office space, loading
dock information, loading dock door heights, air handling capacity, distance from
roadway, distance from air port, distance from expressway, electrical capacity,
sewer system capacity and other information necessary to give the business owner
the ability to make appropriate decision.

C&B was a trucking firm that hauled fright over the 48 states. Each state
charges fuel taxes to trucks traveling through their states for road repairs.
These taxes are collected differently in each state and each states tax amount
is different. Depending on the mileage traveled through each state charges are
incurred. Federal fuel taxes must also be collected and paid quarterly. I
developed a Web application to allow employees to enter this data captured from
the drivers logs which allowed current tax data to be calculated.

year in Orlando Florida. Event planning for their employees is a major problem.
Issues like transportation to and from the airport to there designated hotels,
travel to and from event locations, ticketing for groups of employees to
attractions and outings and meals while at these events. We developed a web site
that allowed cooperate clients the ability to pick the events and attractions,
meals and transportation their groups would participate in during there stay. The
event schedule and pricing would be emailed to the client for approval and
booking.
