analysis, and conversion implementation for EAB,  CalFed, Puerto Rico, and FAB
Texas conversions.
•	Analyze and develop tasks required to complete conversion of retail bank
consumer accounts to Citibank’s consumer banking system.  Utilized tools such as
SAS, Easytrieve, REXX, MS-Access, Excel, and Visual Basic to analyze data and
proof control.
•	Responsible for providing Production and QA Testing support, monitoring and
addressing performance issues, and reporting problem issues on a timely basis.

•	Decreased average I/O activity and wall time in batch streams by at least 50
percent.  
•	Troubleshoot bottlenecks and suggest performance improvements for 6 CICS
regions.
•	Utilized CICS Stats, SMF data to suggest CICS LSRpool definition

Online Customer Service Management (CSM)	            		-COBOL CICS
Responsibilities:
•	Designed and developed technical specifications documents including Data Flow
Diagrams, Data Models, and Project Timelines regarding required application
enhancements.
•	Designed and developed several enhancements to major Customer Service
(CSM)functions including Checkbook and Foreign Currency orders and Telephone
Message transactions. 
•	Played an active role in maintaining Customer Relationship reporting
processes, interfacing CSM application processes with CIF processing.
•	Developed, tested, and supported Y2K modifications.  Identified and corrected
several Y2K issues utilizing tools such as HourGlass, REXX, Easytrieve, and SAS.
•	Designed, developed, and implemented several enhancements to increase VSAM
performance involving highly active On-line files.  Eliminated several On-line
bottlenecks to improve throughput.
•	Monitored and identified production On-Line Abends using CICS transaction dump
analysis.  Implemented modifications to COBOL and BAL programs to resolve problem
programs regarding CICS abends. 
•	Designed and developed customized enhancements to vendor (SI/AllTel) software
using COBOL, BAL, and MVS JCL.  Enhancments included user requirements as well as
performance and tuning, and problem program corrections.

Responsibilities:
•	Managed a team of three Developers and two network specialists in designing
and developing a fully-functional Call Center application to automate manual Call
Center services.  Call Center Features included outgoing messages using Paging,
Fax, and Email, call report processing, CRM reporting for marketing management,
and call audit reports.
•	Responsible for procurement and maintenance of a network of 25 workstations
and servers.  Investigated and suggested implementation of HIPAA compliancy and
Medical Records (MDS) processing.
•	Responsible for Configuring, Maintaining and Troubleshooting Production and
Test Servers and  including CISCO Router, NEC ACD, Client Workstations, and
Printers.
•	New development included Data Gathering, Analysis, Scoping, Functional and
Detailed Design.  MS Project used to estimate and track Budget and Timeline.
Application Development included 3-Tier Client/Server architecture,
Object-Oriented models, COM and DCOM, and Database design and normalization.
•	Utilized MS SQL Server 7.0 T-SQL, Stored Procedures and Triggers, SQL Mail
Agent, MS TAPI and Crystal Reports in developing application and enhancements.
•	Represented the company as Chief Technology Officer.  Developed proposals and
