My role - Design, Development, Documentation, Quality Assurance and Training
As a Technical Lead I have gained vast experience in the area of design and
development of software. My responsibilities include collecting functional
specifications from clients, in-depth documentation and design of the same on
user reference structure charts and Data flow diagrams, and implementing the
design in the form of coding using Programming Languages – C#,VB.NET,VB 6.0,C,
C++, RDBMS – SQL SERVER, ORACLE ,INGRES etc. My greatest strength is the
capability to quickly adapt to the changes in the requirements of the projects,
work in accordance with time schedule and deadlines, and interact with other
employees and customers. As of today I have earned the confidence in my current
organization to be considered as a technical leader. I confidently rate myself
at a scale of 10 for all the programming skills I have mentioned in my resume.
The revolution that takes place in this Information Technology era each day,

Project title: Office Information System
Overview: This in-house project is designed for Architectural/Engineering
firms in need of real time, fully integrated project/financial management system.
One of the major problems within the firm is the difficulty in
determining where a client or prospect stands without having to go to
several different systems and speak to several different individuals
from different departments. A common example is follow-up sales to
current clients. A sales person may be contacting the client to sell
an optional module and be unaware of problems that the client is
discussing with the support staff. To alleviate the problem the desire
is to develop an application that will be able to provide an instant
status on any client or prospect. It is expected that with such a
system the following benefits will be achieved:
• Increased employee productivity
• Streamlining of processes
• Improved customer service
• Accountability for each request
• Knowledge base that can be used for training

The project was a sub system of MRP package which caters to
different types of receipts and issue transactions. Various types of
inquires and reports are provided for effective management .
