50% completed).
	Designed, developed, implemented and currently maintain commercial
VB6/SQL Server/Crystal Reports client/server system marketed to large national
and international banks to detect and report potential money laundering activity.

	Re-designed and upsized an Access database application to VB6/SQL
Server for a commercial home care information system. 
	Modified commercial personnel management system to provide local
language-based user interface for use in England, France, Spain, and other
international sites.
	Designed developed, implemented and maintained system to identify
potential money laundering activity and report it to major bank’s Corporate
Security Department and relevant Federal Agencies (Justice and Treasury
Departments).
	Led development of Windows system for major commercial bank's top 10
executive officers and their support staff. Primary application allowed senior
executives to view information generated by heterogeneous legacy systems via a
single, easy to use windows application. Additional applications and services
provided to the executives included Stock Quotes viewer, NewsEdge, Live TV,
Calendars, Mail and Contact Tracking, and Internet/ Intranet access
	Designed and built an Application Framework and corresponding
Application Wizard using VB4 Object Classes to provide a common framework
(standard start-up forms and modules) for future VB applications.  Wrote a
developer's handbook and VB development standards for VB applications.
	Led development of Win3.1, C/C++, Sybase client application for bank
Trust business.
	Participating member of technical team that merged Bank of America and
Security Pacific money transfer systems and operations in New York. Developed
initial system solution and migration strategy for moving customer databases,
system and network interfaces, and message traffic to the selected system.
	Determined requirements, designed, coded (in ‘C’), and implemented user
access control subsystem for DEC PDP-11 money transfer system at major New York
bank.
	Determined requirements and developed initial systems solution and
hardware/software specification for new subsystem to produce checks for special
SWIFT payment orders for DEC PDP-11 money transfer system at major New York
bank.
	Participating member of architecture design team for a cooperative
processing system to serve as the platform for all front-end dealing applications
at major U.K. bank. The architecture supported up to 400 LAN-connected dealer
workstations Ethernet bridged to a VAX/Rdb cluster providing transaction
processing and relational database services
	Conducted technology and vendor evaluations and co–authored
recommendations and management presentations for both the transaction/database
server and user workstation platforms. Evaluated IBM DB2, Tandem NonStop SQL,
Digital Rdb, and Stratus for the server and OS/2, VMS, and SunOS for user
workstations.
	Designed and developed two R:Base applications to inventory, maintain,
and report on 175+ individual items of technical information regarding major
bank’s suite of Wholesale Banking applications.
