 	Key role to provide top level support to all key large customer sites.  This
included an exact analysis of product or people issues with the expected rapid
resolution to problems blocking future sales.

 	Integrate customer DB systems with Ascent shipping software. Extensive use of
ODBC, Crystal Reports, TSQL, VB, VFP in providing this integration. Configure
