Installed HBOC financial software A/P, G/L, Payroll, M/M. The usual install
cycle (I designed) was: orientation, 3 - 5 days on site, education, 5 days on
site, progress check 3 - 5 days on site, (made sure the install was on track and
dealt with any issues), go live 5 days on site, post live, 3-5 days on site to
deal with any issues that might remain.  Had 2 or 3 installs in progress at any
time to meet client's scheduled go lives.
