Job Summary: Representatives will contact prospective students who have
expressed an interest in pursuing a college degree/certification program and set
appointments for the appropriate Universities throughout the United States to
make return calls. You will be responsible for educating prospective students on
the types of programs and differences with varying degrees/certifications
including but not limited to online and campus programs.

providing customized solutions for their specific educational needs. The right
candidate will possess:

Strong attention to detail 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: The most important skill of
all is a true understanding of Sales techniques coupled with outstanding customer
satisfaction! Other requirements are: 
• 1-3 years of call center sales experience or customer service 
• Ability to type while talking 
• Strong computer skills 
• Strong written communication skills 
• Ability to accurately validate and complete all records
