Duties included preparing and tracking of all owner and subcontractor contracts,
change orders, purchase orders, work orders. Reviewing subcontractor invoices,
enter job costing, process invoices and issue checks. Track Notice to Owners,
lien releases and insurance certificates.
Tracking and issuing requests for information to subs, owners and architects.
Request and process submittals to the proper parties.
Secure permitting of projects with city and county building departments and
other state agencies. Schedule the set up job locations with trailers, power,
phones, etc.
Document enumerations of plans and making sure all parties are working from the
most current set of plans.
Maintain OSHA records, set up safety manuals and posters for all job sites and
field employees.
Create company brochures for prospective clients.
Maintain close working relationships with the project managers, field
superintendents, subcontractors, owners, vendors, etc.
Process close out documents to the owner including as built plans and warranty
and operation manuals.
Schedule meetings and seminars, travel arrangements including air, hotel and car
reservations.
Other general office duties such as filing, copying, working the reception desk
and switchboard.

Prepare real estate appraisals on single family homes including condominiums,
townhouses, duplexes, vacant land and 1-4 family residences.
Make inspections of all properties and amenities including measurements, photos,
floor plans, functionality, quality, condition and materials.
Assess data from public records, multiple listing records, Real Estate agents
and Brokers, construction industry pricing guides, buyers, sellers and sometimes
even neighbors.
Use data to compare sales in the area to the property and qualify any
adjustments made size, quality, location, amenities, age, etc.
Read plans and specification for new construction projects.
Prepare the reports for the client in a timely fashion.
