•	Demonstrated ability to work remotely with clients and co-workers throughout
the Philippines and the United States by conducting meetings both remotely and
on-site to discuss requirements, to learn current business practices, and to

•	Developed order fulfillment software suitable for direct marketing firms based
on existing ERP/CRM software (Interprise Suite) while customizing the direct

•	Assisted in developing order fulfillment software aimed at direct marketing
companies.
•	Developed client specific customizations by conducting meetings to determine
their needs and an efficient solution that would meet their requirements,
programming and debugging the solution as a customization to our base product and
training the client on the specific use. Examples…
o	A cycle count inventory module so that the physical inventories could be done
as an ongoing process without having to close the warehouse for an extended
amount of time.
o	A personalization/work order module which would allow personalization details
to be entered on an order. Create work orders to be used to perform the necessary
customizations.
o	A recurring order module which would allow orders to be placed that would ship
on a weekly, monthly, etc., basis, without tying up inventory to meet the
Just-In-Time Inventory requirements.
o	Developed interfaces with credit card processors, address verification
utilities and bulk email software.
