o Develop BHSF Emergency Department-Main Hospital – Daily Management Reports,
Reporting Statistics using MS Excel graphs to display trends, Budget Variances,
Patients Volume, percentages for both adults and pediatric emergency department
in a meaningful manner.
o Automate the Employees Evaluations by developing MS word protected templates,
using Macros and Forms that automatically calculate scores. This diminished the
number of data entry and calculation errors in calculations as well as minimizing
the time the supervisors spend doing evaluations.
o Perform analysis and devolvement of an MS Access Database/Visual Basic to keep
track of the ED Budget. This database keeps track of the budget by Categories,
Fiscal Year and Monthly purchases. A series of screen and/or printed reports
will show purchases made, detailed purchases with balances by categories and
person responsible for the purchases. Database implemented with security
workgroups.
o Develop user friendly MS Access Database/Visual Basic to keep track of all
Emergency Department Employees requiring licenses and/or certifications. It will
store employee’s information as well as working shift, status, positions,
degrees, Supervisors’ name, Licenses, Expiration Dates. It includes reports that
will print Expiring Licenses by License type subdivided by supervisors. Database
implemented with security workgroups.
o Produce management reports in proper sequence and analyze database integrity.
o Assist Upper Management, Director, Doctors, and other hospital departments in
special projects to improve patient LOS in the Emergency Department. Accumulate
and present statistical information/data for the board hospital use.
o Oversee physician and nursing documentation for all unlocked accounts and
communicates via email to Management.
o Help peers with I.T. related issues.
