Professional offering over 10 years experience as a Business / Quality Analyst.  
I posses over 4 years experience as a team lead / senior BA / QA, and over 2 year
in project management.  I have extensive, knowledge and proven skills in business
process analysis, quality assurance / testing, design and improvement solutions
and business requirement documentation both high level requirement documentation
as well as functional specification documentation.  I have attended and led JAD

application I:
o	Managed all enhancements thru the SDLC working with other BA’s, QA’s,
Developers and the business.

o	Facilitated JAD sessions to discuss project objectives, scope and potential
roadblocks.

I:

prioritize their enhancement requests.

facilitating the weekly Release Manifest meeting. Provided all stakeholders with
a weekly update on current and future enhance manifests
o	Retrieved the release files from the SFTP server (delivered by our vendor
Selerix)
o	Prepared Change Control documentation detailing the contents of the release 
o	Acquired management approval/signoff on change control documentation approving
code migration into internal environments (Test, QC, Production)
o	Prepared the Test Strategy document identifying the internal release
(environments code will be tested in) schedule, test phases, dependencies,
