Professional offering over 10 years experience as a Business / Quality Analyst.  
I posses over 4 years experience as a team lead / senior BA / QA, and over 2 year
in project management.  I have extensive, knowledge and proven skills in business
process analysis, quality assurance / testing, design and improvement solutions
and business requirement documentation both high level requirement documentation
as well as functional specification documentation.  I have attended and led JAD
sessions, defect management meetings and project team meetings working in various
environments.  I also have experience leading and coordinating multiple projects,

Developers and the business.

external Allstate clients as the first point of contact for enhancement request. 
 
o	Collaborated with the business to understand their true needs/requests and

and costly development efforts.
o	Collaborated with internal and external customers to analyze enhancement
requests and functionality gaps delivering precise, detailed functional
requirements (including: Visio workflow analysis, screen mock ups and system gap

roadblocks.

prioritize their enhancement requests.

facilitating the weekly Release Manifest meeting. Provided all stakeholders with
a weekly update on current and future enhance manifests
o	Retrieved the release files from the SFTP server (delivered by our vendor
Selerix)
o	Prepared Change Control documentation detailing the contents of the release 
o	Acquired management approval/signoff on change control documentation approving
code migration into internal environments (Test, QC, Production)
o	Prepared the Test Strategy document identifying the internal release
(environments code will be tested in) schedule, test phases, dependencies,

Implemented and managed a new Quality Assurance / Business Analyst team for a
large scale financial corporation.   Provided Project Management on large scale
financial applications. Along with the team I managed, I provided quality
assurance and business analysis for three applications including: 1) an Invoice
Management application, 2) a Process Management application used by attorneys to
document and track processes involved in loan portfolio management, 3) a Document
Management application used by various vendors providing a means of capturing,
managing and sharing documents from one central location.
