Nextel users for both iDEN phones and Blackberry.
• Managed contracted cabling company for structured wiring installations
according to BCSI standards, network hardware installation and configuration at
the Division Office as well as sales and construction offices in multiple
communities.
Edge Networks
• Install, maintain and repair both small and medium-sized networks both Server
- Client and Peer to peer. Network and phone cable drops. Terminations for
network into patch panels and terminations for phones into 110 & 66 blocks and
patch panels. Troubleshooting both PC and Network issues. Created customer
network documentation with regard to topology, hardware and software
infrastructure and node quantity.
American Telnet
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems with end-users, workstations,
servers & telephony technology, e.g., CTI, Channel Banks, Some basic adds, moves
and changes on a Rolm PBX. Experience with DOS, UNIX, Windows NT, Windows 2000,
