* Review and maintain the AIN (Advanced Intelligent Network) systems log files
for problems and proactive system management.
* Perform admin duties for ATF (Advanced Toll-Free) and VPN (Virtual Private
Network) systems as needed/required.
*Participates in system analysis, implementation, and maintenance of
applications for the support of the AIN (Advanced Intelligent Network) platform.
* Provisions Consumer Toll Free at Home Service.
*Work with users on training issues, provisioning issues, and customer trouble
reports.
*Provides system and application backup and recovery which include: monitoring
the systems hardware and software; maintenance of the hardware and software;
