PROJECT MANAGEMENT – CLIENT  HIGHLIGHTS

	Federal Express - Project Manager on several Special Event broadcasts
for this client.  Events included a two-way production and delivery of
transportable satellite transmissions between Federal Express Offices in US to
Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany and Kobe Japan.   Project scope was very
fluid.-yet, project was delivered on time and within budget.

	Harrah’s Hotels – Delivered several” Year-end” sales broadcasts to over
45 domestic hotel sites across America. Determined production companies, Hotel
sites and vendors.  Revenue over 300K. Broadcasts were also received by over 150
company offices.  Coordinated all productions elements with hotel vendors,
Telephone –Fiber companies and productions trucks
.  
	Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals Company – Project managed monthly
international and domestic transmissions to multiple international locations to
over 60 domestic sites.  Most transmissions for client required managing
international and domestic vendors, multiple time zones coordination and very
conservative timelines.  Clients broadcasts were mission-critical.

	The Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon – For several years, Project Managed this
major broadcast television event with several project teams.  Scheduled over 72
hours of satellite hours, 8 satellites. Negotiated service agreements with over
35 vendors in multiple cities; coordinated all logistics from home location. 
Managed team of 4 network Coordinators.  Events were delivered within time
deadlines, and within scope and budget.
