McDonald’s 401(k) Implementation/Support
Title : Programmer Analyst Advanced
This project deals with implementing four different Defined Contribution
(401(k)) Plans for McDonald's and its brands - Boston Market and Chipotle. As
part of the implementation I have written complicated codes using SAS and DB2
which deal with converting McDonald's data from other systems. Right now I am the
lead Batch Analyst on the team supporting the above implemented project. Other
than supporting this team, as an advanced programmer analyst I help four other
teams namely, US Bank, WSRC, Nortel, CSX to coordinate batch portion of the
technology for the teams. 
 
Responsibilities On McDonald’s:
Create detailed system analysis to convert client requirements into actionable
programming tasks. Includes, but not limited to analysis for data     conversion
and ongoing interface with the peripheral system.
            Work closely with  Systems Analyst to create a comprehensive systems
platform that supports all client requirements 
.           Coded to convert McDonald's data from Previous Vendors
            Managed batch Processes and created detailed documentation for those
processes including Batch Production Processing Schedules
.           Following Completion of System Implementation, I was responsible to
ensure the system Platform operates smoothly.
.           Used SDLC to analyze the scope of request,programming approach and
unit Test Plan.

Fire Insurance Policies System
This project was implemented to provide application support for the Fire System
Division of SFI. The Fire System Division processes Property and Causality
Business. It mainly deals with two types of policies namely Personal policies (ex
Homeowners, Boat Owners, Earthquake etc) and Commercial policies (ex Farm/Ranch,
Workers Compensation, Rental Dwelling etc). Development of the application
included online and batch processing for maintenance of the policies. 
 
Responsibilities:
â?¢              Coded the application using IMS DB/DC. 
â?¢              Involved in production support to resolve abends. 
â?¢              Prepared test cases and test plans. 
â?¢              Involved in report generation and wrote corresponding JCLâ?™s
as per client requirements.

Video Library Management System
 
This project included developing an application for a video library which would
eliminate manual labor for renting out videos. This included creating new tables,
triggers, functions in sybase and developing the frontend in C++.
 
Share Transfer Processing System 
 
As a Programmer / Analyst was involved in the design, development and testing of
the Share Transfer Processing System for a brokerage firm. The system processes
transfer deeds, generates reports and responds to online queries relating to
shareholders and transfers.
