Telecommuting desired
I am seeking a position that allows me to telecommute.  I have worked
successfully from a home office since June 2005 and wish to continue to do so. 
The mortgage business and real estate in general is in terrible shape in America.
 I have seen estimates that it could be as long as 2011 before a significant
recovery begins.  My desire is to work with a company via telecommuting.  I am
intelligent, articulate, hard working and loyal.  If I start a project with you,
I will finish it.  If I need to learn software or specific terminology for your
industry, I can and will do so.  I am a gifted writer and an excellent
communicator.

Summary
I am a highly personal and creative leader with over eight years experience in
residential and commercial lending.  I am exceptional at originating, building
and maintaining effective, productive, working relationships with clients and
industry professionals.  Excellent at communicating with prospective borrowers
the specific process and requirements of the underwriting process as well as to
underwriters and decision makers the strengths and weaknesses of a file.  I have
extensive knowledge of the intricacies of the credit and lending industries. 
Through processing, literally hundreds of files, I have developed the well honed

Conventional, Alt A and have some limited experience with Sub Prime files. 
Worked extensively with new construction projects, site built, modular and
manufactured housing using products ranging from single close construction to
perm., single close with a modification and double close loans where the lending
