Executive Administrator and Corporate Paralegal 

I obtained both corporate and individual State Department of Insurance licenses,
Corporate  registration of the company name and assisted the in house attorney
with the retrieval of the most current RESP/Title Insurance UPL laws for all 52
united states as required by our National Underwriters Land America and Old
Republic Title. This task required research and implementation of each state
requirements.  Once the licenses, corporate state binders and corporate
Unauthorized Practice of Law information was received I created a excel master
spreadsheet out lining each  state requirements, license numbers corporate
renewal requirements and UPL changes for annual renewal. Administrative duties
for the CEO to included daily process of mail, membership applications, document
retrieval, travel arraignments both domestic and international. Drafting of
letters, creations of new entities, court house research and case research.   I
managed the scheduling of monthly management meeting for all out of state 
department manager. Flight, hotel and car reservations were made by me and I
assisted our management teem with daily tasks.  The department consisted of seven
managers. Title Curative, Vendor Manager, REO Manager, Closing Manager, Sales
Manager, HR Manager and Vice President.  I prepared proposals to potential
default companies and managed our legal service agreements with vendors.  A high
volume of work and project deadlines were consistent in this position.
