Developed Access 2000 database for automating Exchange administration tasks for
email team at Robins AFB. Initiated, designed, developed and implemented
directory synchronization script to handle multiple formats, allowing the
production of a master basewide directory for use during transition to Exchange
at Robins AFB. Designed, developed and implemented relational databases, using
MS Access, for two university departments: (1) HPEN Department, College of
Health Professions, and, (2) NAU Recreation Center, Child Enrichment Program.
Both databases used in the tracking and maintenance of records, including
development of analysis reports.

Communications Squadron at Robins AFB. Solely maintain and administer ten
clustered DHCP servers base wide for approximately 23,000+ IP reservations. Same
duties as described previously. Additionally, use combination of manual and
automated scripts to maintain integrity of each individual DHCP server. Due to
the combination used with these servers have maintained a very high integrity of
service. These servers run 100% of the time and do not require any scheduled
downtime for maintenance because of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks performed by
the combination of the manual and automated scripts. The integrity of the data
is superb and requires very little intervention in the way of corrections to the
servers. These servers hold the record for 6+ years of 100% uptime.

maintained and administered ten clustered DHCP servers basewide for approximately
23,000+ IP reservations. Handled maintenance and administration of the ten DHCP
servers through daily additions, deletions and changes submitted by workgroup
managers. Additionally ran daily checks of consistency of the DHCP databases,
weekly jetpacks of the DHCP databases, and continual verification of MAC
addresses to the individual systems base wide. Immediately corrected errors in
consistency when found. Developed and refined scripts to provide off-server
backups to allow for immediate reconstruction of any DHCP server. Telecommuted
through entire contract.

complexity enterprise messaging systems. Duties included delivery and
documentation of timely and efficient engineering solutions for known problems,
as well as providing the framework for identifying, researching, replicating,
