coordinate Data Center teams under my supervision supporting 24/7 on-call data
center. Installed new
hardware initialized software for Hp 350,000sq ft. data center. Ensure that all

• Build rack mountable Mid Range servers-Power Edge, Proliant with the
installation of UNIX, &
Windows OS. Installed Cat5 cables, Hubs & KVM monitor units for network
structure & server
cabinets. Installed over 1,00 0 HP racks designed to spec for server hardware to
meet requirements as
outlined by customers’ needs. Configured builds by ghosting & mirror image on
server. Racking &
stacking of all Data Center servers to include 585,385,4640,7640,8640, & Blade
servers. Throughout
different pods in white space & cells. Worked directly with site managers,
supervisors & closely with
Logistics for shipping & receiving of servers & San team, for daily functions &
duties. Provided
effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket
documentation, and
customer/vendor dialogue. . Perform day-to-day monitoring to maintain processes
and schedules to
periodically check all systems within the data center. Evaluation,
troubleshooting, and resolution of
first and second level production support. Documented & worked on small-to
medium-scale projects in
the Data Centers with minimal supervision. Field Technician for installation of
