delivering Express mail between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM and registered mail (job
depends on keeping track of these particular types of mail), gaining signatures
for certified letters, signature confirmations, deliver confirmations, Express
mail, insured mail, registered mail and collecting money for CODs.

all the technicians’ schedules to find the best date to service. I would then
call the technician to confirm, and give the customer a call back to inform them
when they could expect a service man there. I also would file away Service
Request Forms into file cabinets.
