Successfully managed performance of the Data Migration (DM) testing and cutover

Accelerated SAP Ascendant Methodology. Successfully completed the design and
implementation of solution architectures to support DB2 UDB, Visual Data

NTIA Coupon Distribution Program

This was a Federal program to provide coupons to consumers for migrating to
digital television.
Dispatched to the subcontractor located in Beaverton, OR to resolve technical
and operational issues. Quickly identified remediation actions and provided a
remediation plan. Received a service award based on the successful reduction of
production defects by 75% within the month following implementation of the
remediation plan. Technologies include MS SQL, Stored Procedures, Windows
Servers.
US Navy Facilities Command (NAVFAC) - Energy and Utility Monitoring Project

The scope of this project was to validate the current software design
methodology (Agile) as used by a small business which was contracted with the US
Navy.
Quickly deployed a team of technical and security specialists to identify
business and technical project gaps.
Successfully identified remediation actions in accordance with DISA guidelines,
Executive Orders 13327 and 13423 and the Energy Policy Act of 2005.Project
deliverables included a Gap Assessment and Recommendations Report, an
Implementation Plan, and Security Vulnerability Assessment Report. EVMS
financial management using Cognos was used for management reporting. Excellent
customer/stakeholder relations were developed and maintained throughout the 7
month engagement.

IT Operations Delivery Project Executive

This phase of the Lenovo account followed successful deployments and addresses
ongoing production operations.
Successfully managed the Global IT Operations for 60 countries and 4 service
centers to include SAP HR, GERS, e-HR (Siebel), and associated hosting
environments and infrastructure. Defined and implemented steady-state ITIL
operations policies and procedures for change, release, and problem management.
Managed or facilitated resolution of technical issues and ensured that
appropriate interface, infrastructure, and data controls were implemented.
Developed and maintained excellent stakeholder relationships throughout the 2
years and multiple roles for this client.

Transition Integration Manager

This initial phase of the Lenovo engagement represented the design, build, test,
and deploy phases to create a wholly new HR environment for Lenovo follow their
acquisition of IBM's personal computer division.
Successfully developed America's, EMEA, and AP production transition
(outsourcing) plans to cover 60 countries. Planned, coordinated, and facilitated
a successful move to production for Lenovo America's HR applications (e.g., GERS,
SAP Payroll, Performance, and T&E). Organized and managed the 24x7 command
center operations from the Costa Rica Service Center while leveraging the Siebel
CRM help desk application. Responded to numerous technical and organization
issues over a period of months with a 100% resolution record. Recognized by the
Lenovo senior leadership for producing the best transition plans seen by Lenovo
or IBM.

Scope of the project was to outsource the CVS PeopleSoft HR applications to IBM
and use offshore personnel.
Successfully planned, coordinated, and facilitated successful a move to
production and outsourcing to India for CVS PeopleSoft HR applications while
coordinating the activities of 200 IBM and CVS personnel in addition to
coordination with the Manila call center. Applications included Benefits, EDRM,
and Fulfillment for 150,000 employees. Coordinated resolution of production
issues and provided client briefings, while managing the 24x7 command center
operation.
Colgate
Transition Integration Manager

Project objective was to outsource Colgate procurement B2C business and IT
operations to IBM
Assumed a troubled SAP PTP project which was over budget and late on the
schedule. Successfully "crashed" the project schedule by quickly reorganizing the
team, adding personnel, and improving customer relationships. Successfully
concluded all testing and move to production on the original schedule while
moving overall program status from Red to Green over a three month period.
Achieved a very high level of customer satisfaction while realizing a revenue
bump of $27M by completing all deliverables.
SunTrust Banks, Inc.

Project objective was to implement the S1 Corporate Banking Solution
Deployed a development team to accomplish integration, data
conversion/migration, and testing activities. Accomplished a bottoms-up project
sizing analysis which resulted in an account revenue increase by $2.2M against a
51% GP. Successfully identified a two-thirds reduction in the client's hardware
procurement costs. Successfully managed a combined IBM and SunTrust team of 85
individuals to complete the design and coding of integration and data components
associated with 29 legacy mainframe applications and the subsequent integration
with the S1 application. Prepared a detailed MS Project schedule, program
deliverables, and implemented processes for issues/action management, change
management, status reports, and project scorecards.
